MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR)
To promote Eisai’s products to doctors at private practice, hospital and related helath institution in order to support company to achieve sales target.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate (D3 or S1) in natural science, max age 27 years old
- Has a valid driving license (SIM C)
- Good interpersonal skill, Goal oriented, Strong self-motivation
- Service oriented, High integrity, Proactive
- Willing to travel and to be placed throughout Indonesia
JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (JPM)
To set marketing strategy of OTC product and implement marketing program
Requirements:
- S1 or D3 any discipline with experience min 3 years in Sales or marketing Management or Pharmaceutical company
- Good analytical thinking and data base administration
- Experience to manage people
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF (OD)
To implement organization effectiveness, performance management, career development and employee opinion survey.
Requirements:
- S1 any discipline with experience in OD role or S2 from HR Management (for fresh graduate)
- Understand about performance management, job analysis & evaluation, organization management, career development
- Familiar with employee opinion surveys and business process reengineering
- Able to work collaboratively with all organization division
